Delivery & Return

Delivery Policy

• Products on display can be ordered and delivered to customers in Hong Kong. You can also pick up your order in our shop. (Shop B, G/F, Koon Nam House, 12 Shing Wong Street)

• We are here to serve you from 10:00 a.m. to 8:00 p.m. every day of the week, including public holidays.

• We offer same-day delivery if inventory permits, but please contact us for arrangements.

• ​For delivery or pickup times outside of our office hours, please contact us to check availability. A fee of 150 HKD will apply (outlying islands are not applicable).

• If the recipient refuses to sign for the goods, we will contact the sender to arrange redelivery to a different address, with the sender covering the cost. If we cannot reach the sender within 15 minutes, we will return the goods to our store, and the customer will be responsible for the delivery costs both ways.

• If both the recipient and sender are unreachable for over 15 minutes, we will leave the goods at reception. If the reception cannot accept the package or confirm the recipient's presence, we will return the goods to our store, and the customer will be liable for delivery costs both ways.

• For subscriptions sent to office addresses, we will defer delivery dates to the next working day if the original date falls on a public holiday.

• Finally, please note that during Typhoon 8, black and red storms, our studio will be closed for the safety of our team and couriers. If you have an order due for delivery on those days, please contact us for other arrangements.
