Orders

How many days in advance do i need to place my order?

Typically, at least 72 hours (3 days) are required. The more the better. However, please check with us via WhatsApp at 852 6128 1465, as we offer Florist’s Choice products for even same-day delivery. We’ll try our best to accommodate.

How can I know if you have received my order?

Once you complete your order, expect a confirmation email within 10 minutes. If you don't see it in your inbox, please check your spam or junk folder. Should you still not receive the confirmation, don’t hesitate to reach out to our customer service team for immediate assistance.

Will the bouquet/arrangement look exactly the same as the picture shown?

While we strive for consistency, no two bouquets will be identical due to the nature of flowers and seasonal changes. Each bouquet is handmade with natural flowers, so allowing our florists some creative freedom will help create a beautiful and balanced arrangement.

Can I change my order details or cancel it?

Yes, you can make changes to your order. Please contact our customer service team at least 72 hours (3 days) before your scheduled delivery date. To guarantee timely delivery, we cannot accommodate any last-minute change requests.

But unfortunately, once your order is confirmed, it cannot be canceled.

Can I return my order or request a refund if I'm not satisfied?

We're sorry, but we do not offer returns or refunds due the nature of our products. However, if you are not satisfied with your order, please reach out to us within 24 hours of delivery and keep the product in its original condition. We will do our best to resolve the issue.

How long can the bouquet last if I don't unwrap the paper and just leave it in the wrapping? Say can I get the bouquet 1 day before gifting it?

We include a water bag underneath to keep the flowers fresh for around 2 days. This means you can get the bouquet a day before gifting it, altho we don’t recommend this as the best option.

For the flower basket or box, there's floral foam underneath, so there's no need to unwrap it. You can keep the flowers fresh by simply adding water to the foam.

I have pets that will have access to the flowers. Can you make it pet-friendly?

Yes, for sure. That’s one of our signature products, and as pet owners ourselves, we take the welfare of our beloved furry friends seriously. So, you can either choose our "Pet-Friendly Collection" or let us know if you need to make your order pet-friendly.

Delivery & Self Pickup

Is there any free delivery?

Yes, we charge a shipping fee based on different regions in Hong Kong. However, we offer free delivery for orders exceeding a specified amount. For more information, please visit our 'Delivery & Return' section.

Can I pick the order up by myself?

Yes, please pick it up at our shop: Shop B, G/F, Koon Nam House, 12 Shing Wong Street, Central, Hong Kong

Opening Hours:
Monday to Sunday: 10:00-20:00 (Includes public holiday)

 

We also offer pickup services outside of opening hours, with an extra charge of 150 HKD. Please contact us to arrange this service.

Can you do same-day delivery?

Absolutely! To use this service, browse our selection on our website or Instagram, then contact our customer service via WhatsApp at +852 6128 1465 to check availability for the day. Please note that flower stock varies daily; if your preferred flowers are out of stock, we'll need to substitute them with other options.

Or, you can simply choose our "Florist's Choice". Our florists will hand-select the freshest blooms and arrange them into a breathtaking bouquet just for you. All you have to do is select the size. And the best part? Our Florist's Choice is 20%-30% cheaper than our other products!

Can you do delivery out of your opening hours?

Yes. An extra fee of 150 HKD will be charged. Please contact us to arrange this service.

Order online

We accept credit cards and Paypal on the website. And also, we accept Payme, FPS, Alipay, Wechat Pay and bank transfer.

Others

Can I add my own cards or gifts attached to the flowers?

Yes, you can either mail or bring your own card to our store, and our florist will include your appreciation card or gift with your flower arrangement. Alternatively, you can choose a card while placing your order on the Bed of Roses website and leave your message for us to include.

Can I also order a vase that matches the size of the bouquet I ordered?

Yes, of course. We offer 4 sizes of plain transparent glass vases that perfectly match our 4 sizes of bouquets. Please choose the add-on on our website or let us know.
