In Hong Kong, you can either pick up your order or have it delivered. Delivery fee varies by location, ranging from HK$50 to HK$500. Free delivery is available if the purchase amount exceeds a certain threshold determined by location.

However, we cannot guarantee 100% absolute safety for every single pet or situation.
