All our floral products are handmade, so the size and number of stems may differ depending on the flower type and overall product shape.

 

In the meantime, we always strive to use precise flower ingredients. However, occasional adjustments may be necessary. We will try our best to maintain the same palette and vibe.

In Hong Kong, you can either pick up your order or have it delivered. Delivery fee varies by location, ranging from HK$50 to HK$500. Free delivery is available if the purchase amount exceeds a certain threshold determined by location.

However, we cannot guarantee 100% absolute safety for every single pet or situation. We strongly encourage all pet owners to research flower safety for their individual animals and seek veterinary care promptly if concerning signs appear.
